A new breed of riderz

TRU STREET RIDERZ
My tru street riderz how are you today? all is well and i hope that you are all safe in the street's that you all ride on. I just want to explain to the readers about my personal opinion of what i see is happening on the streets.  I as a Tru Street Rider love the fact that the average adult 35plus years of age or older is taking better care of their health.  Most of this age group in the area where i dwell are out there jogging walking running swimming but mainly Biking is what i'm speaking about.  Biking is the best form of exercise, with the exception of swimming there is no type of exercise is biking! Not only is biking at the top of the list for low impact training it's extremely fun. If you choose as a bike rider you can become a great physical specimen. You can become a speed rider a course rider a tour rider or even a stunt rider, either way you will have extreme body control and great physical condition in order to compete at either one of these as well as having a great deal of fun in the process. So if your looking to gain your strength get into shape and have fun doing it get on a bike ride with a friend start off just around your block or a park and then build up after about 30 day's you will be bringing more riderz into the fold!
